Who was Jesus of Nazareth?

Only a man?

God in the flesh?

Myth or fraud?

Here's the fascinating story of the Man almost no one understands or cannot explain - yet whose message can change your life. Whatever our opinion of Jesus, one thing is certain. As a result of just 3-and-a-half years of preaching/teaching, Jesus Christ electrified and transformed the world. He represented everything necessary for salvation. First, He would give His life - body and blood - for the sins of humanity.

Then Jesus, after being resurrected from the dead would live His of obedience all over again in repentant humans through the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus told His disciples and the entire world, "I AM the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live." (JOHN 11:25).

Acts 10 v 38
How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Acts 2 v 21
21 and it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

If we accept that Jesus died, then He must have been a mortal human being like each of us. If we accept that Jesus was resurrected to immortal life, we cannot deny that He must have been the Son of God. If we accept He was God in the flesh, then His promises - His commands - His instruction - His warnings must be listened to!

Can anything good come out of Nazareth? YES, Jesus Christ the Saviour of the world! Listen, He was born in an obscure village, the child of a young virgin peasant Jewish woman. He grew up in still another village, where He worked in a carpenter's shop until He was 30. For the next three years He was an itinerant preacher. He never wrote a book. He never held an office. He never had a family or owned a house. He didn't go to college. He never travelled more than 200 miles from the place where He was born. He did none of the things one usually associates with greatness. When He was 33, the tide of public opinion turned against Him. His friends ran away. He was turned over to His enemies and went through the mockery of a trial. He was nailed to the Cross between two thieves. When He was dying, His executioners gambled for His clothing, the only property He had on earth. When He was dead, He was laid in a borrowed grave, through the kindness of a friend.

Nineteen centuries have come and gone and today, He is the central figure of the human race and the leader of mankind's progress. All the armies that ever marched, all the navies that ever sailed, all the parliaments that ever sat, all the kings who ever reigned, put together, have not affected the life of man on earth as much as JESUS of Nazareth!!

Is He your Saviour?
Is He Lord of your life?
Is He directing your footsteps?

If not, pray this prayer and accept Jesus Christ into your heart as your own personal Saviour and Lord:

"Dear Lord Jesus, I come to you right now a sinner in need a Saviour. I ask you to forgive me of all my sins, and wash me in your precious blood. I accept Christ's sacrifice as perfect and complete. I ask you Jesus to come into my heart, and change my life and to be my very best friend. I place my trust in you alone for my salvation. Thank you for giving me eternal life. I thank you for writing my name in the Lamb's book of life. I believe now, I am born aagain, a brand new creation in Christ in God. I ask you Lord Jesus that your Holy Spirit fill me now and forever".

St Mark 8 v36
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? 37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? 38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.

THE BLOOD OF JESUS

Revelation 12-11
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. 12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
